We are looking for a Communications, Research, and MEAL (CRM) Manager to join our team at the Consuelo Zobel Alger Foundation, based in Makati City, Philippines.
As the CRM Manager, you will lead four interrelated functions to ensure the results-based focus of Consuelo, enhancing our reputation as a respected institution dedicated to protecting at-risk children and women in the country.
- Communication and Knowledge Management: ensures unified and consistent message within Consuelo and across partnerships in the Philippines and Hawaii.
- Research and MEAL: development and implementation of evaluation, accountability, and learning systems, framework, and guidelines to encourage knowledge development, a culture of data use and evidence-based decision making in Consuelo through analysis of programmatic data and information.
